I went in for my first interview and waited 45 minutes. The employees had to call her and found that she'd forgotten about it. Rescheduled for 2 days later and she showed up 30 minutes later. I was offered the position but declined due to the interview process and pay offer. Never received an apology so I knew management was poor.
