Goodwill interview questions

I walked into the back to the employee break table. I sat across from the store manager and the sort of "district" manager. Both were kind, but let laughing at inside jokes, leaving me sitting there awkwardly.

Quick and easy. Was called not even a day after applying. Not many questions were asked. Was given a tour of the store and warehouse at store while receiving an explanation of position which was longer than interview itself. Was hired on the spot.
