I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Goodwill (Fountain Hills, AZ) in Apr 2014
Interview
When I applied for a job online, I received a reply immediately urging me to pre-interview at the Phoenix location. Our interview was friendly and short, with questions about my previous work experience and whether i was currently using any drugs, if I would submit to a test, etc. After learning of my preferred location, the interviewer became very excited, saying that it was "difficult to staff that location" and she contacted the store manager immediately. I was soon sent to an interview with the store and production managers. The interview was simple, with standard questions. I wore casual clothing and a hat but they did not bat an eye. All in all, a pleasant experience and suitable for anyone looking for a job during high school as I was.
