Interview process was pretty easy. I applied online and was called for a face to face interview at the store. The general manager and recruiter was present, they asked me a couple of question and I had to fill out some paperwork then I was immediately put to work

Interviewer was friendly, open and upfront about the position. Realistic job expectations and requirements were discussed. Interviewer met me at a place close to my location for convenience. There was an initial interview with an HR representative, and then a follow up interview with the District manager. The final interview was with the president at the Corporate Headquarters.

One day I went to Goodwill and notice that they were hiring. I ask for an application and while I was in the store. I was filling the application and turn it in that day. Next day, the hiring manager call and ask to set up for an interview. I had to have three interviews with the manager. After that couple I got a called back and got the job.
