Question 1
If I had customer service experience. If I could work flexible hours.
Was brief and quick. Right down to the job experience. Very respectful and nice. Shows me the ropes of the job expecting to perform. How much I can lifting the job was a right fit for me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Peoria, AZ) in Oct 2018
Interview
I completed a phone screening and one-on-one interview. Both interviewers were friendly and the questions were mostly common and easy to answer. It took about three weeks.
I marked the experience as negative because the process was a bit unorganized. It started with the recruiter addressing the confirmation email to the wrong person. They also had to change the interview location last minute due to an unexpected drill at the corporate office. Not a huge deal, but the new location was a lot further away. I arrived early, but the person doing the interview forgot their questions, so the one-on-one felt rushed and unorganized. There were moments where it seemed like they were expecting me to carry to interview.
