I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Atlanta, GA) in May 2019
Interview
The interview process was quick. I applied on a Tuesday or Wednesday and I heard later that week telling me my first interview was that next Monday. After the first interview, I had to submit a mock case note based on a scenario. Either that night after my interview, or early that next morning, the regional workforce development emailed me and asked me back for a second interview that Thursday. The 2nd interview was a situational interview, meaning I had to create a lesson to teach participants (people you work with in the program) and teach it to the team.
