Goodwill interview questions

First interview went very well. Seems sad if I was more knowledgeable than the director. Second interview has seem very sexist never responded to you. Follow up email and very unprofessional.

Interview with Director was very informative. After describing the job and what the work environment is like, she asked about my experience and interests as well as my strengths. She wanted to know why I wanted to work for Goodwill and about my previous experience work with individuals with challenges or barriers to employment. She left time for me to ask questions about the job and I had several about hours, flex time, working from home, and opportunities for advancement.
