Interview was done over the phone, it was light, and friendly, more like a conversation with a friend than for a job. I knew I had her recommendation, and would get a 2nd interview. She asked important job related questions and I felt very comfortable.

Had a screening interview by phone followed by an in person with one person ans two via zoom. All asking questions and testing skills. The second interview was stressful you had to do a presentation to the same people in the same environment.
