I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Goodwill (New York, NY) in Apr 2012
Interview
Candidates were asked what they would do in certain situations and we were briefed on how the places operates and what to expect. We were told about how long they had been around and the number of locations throughout the area

Question 1
What would you say if a customer told you there was no price tag on an item
It was very quick and easy. It was on site and very low pressure. They made it feel very comfortable. The interview lady was very nice. I ultimately turned down the job, but I did remember the process and how pleasant it was.

Question 1
To describe a time where I had to deal with difficult employee
simple, barely any questions. they didn’t ask much, first time worker and they still hired me sooo but that was 2021. It wasn’t awful but not very structured. could’ve been worse
Called me on the phone and set an in-person interview. Asked a few questions in their office, with just one manager. Interview probably lasted 30 minutes, with basic questions about my cashiering experience, why I was looking for a job, etc.
