They seemed very friendly, wanted to know if you were lying on the application, if it has been a long time if you worked so they could continue receiving money from the government. Would work with you if you had a disability
Very easy, they mostly are just curious on your availability and why pick Goodwill and occasionally ask what your strongest skill is. On top of that they are very friendly and it feels a lot like a conversation other than a stern interview.

Interview
1st round is a group interview with other interviewees and 2nd is one-on-one. You have to make sure you arrive at the Hiring Center before 9 with your application printed out.
