I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Goodwill in Nov 2015
Interview
It was a really good phone interview. I had met the interviewer at a college fair. From there they called to set up a phone interview. I had a great conversation type interview instead of question/answer interview type. It was more laid-back but still able to get great information. After the interview there was an online survey to fill out. I did not proceed further because the opportunity was for an immediate position and I still had a semester of school left.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Louisville, KY) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview process was actually very intense and lengthy. I walked in to see my store manager the assistant regional manager and the regional manager ready to interview me which was pretty intimidating, but also impressive.

Question 1
This job can be very demanding and stressful and a lot of times you don't have time to not feel good or be sick what would you do if you came down with an illness and had to be at work knowing you were already short-handed
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2018
Interview
It started with a short phone interview. Met with Store manager only for 2nd interview and it was pretty easy. Next meeting was Store Manager & District Manager, the questions got a little bit more difficult.
Then I received a call for 3rd interview and I was told that I would be meeting 8 people for finale interview. This was the core of top bosses from the main office. I was stressed walking in and seeing so many people all waiting to interview me. Definitely was overwhelming at first, however; everyone was really nice and they somehow made it comfortable for me. There were lots of questions about my experience, how I felt about goodwill, why I wanted to work there and stuff like, what was my most challenging customer, how did I resolve it. What was my most successful project I had come up with and then implemented it ?
I think it lasted about 45 minutes, and I did have to answer a couple questions from everyone present and I was super relieved when it was over!!

I applied online. I interviewed at Goodwill (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2017
Interview
The hiring people called me on time, we got few conversation and end it. The person is okay, just the questions were a little tricky, so sometimes I don't understand what was he talking about, and he didn't ask again or give me any feeback .
