Interview
I met Glencore at a career fair with my university. I got along with the lady representing me and then contacted her on LinkedIn.
We organised an interview (she pushed it back a couple times).
During the interview: some technical questions, questions about organisational skills, left me time to ask questions.
They took a month to give me a response though

1st screening involved video interview, following with an online interview with HR and the lead process engineer at the site you’ll be working at. Questions included telling about yourself, the projects you’ve done, what are you interests, typical HR interview questions.
