I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor
Interview
Process was smooth. First call with recruiter, went through whole process and set expectations. I gave min compensation that was looking for. if glassdoor said they can't go beyond the target, I wouldnt have continued. Recruiter said it's "doable".
1 HM interview
4x virtual onsite (2 technical, 2 behavior)
Within one hour after onsite, New recruiter contacted me as my initial recruiter was on vacation. Said I would be getting an offer and we discussed "doable" compensation again. He said he would get back to me after discussing with Glassdoor executive. After not getting update within a week I followed up. Said he had some family issues and wasn't able to discuss with executive which was fine to me. after a couple of days he said he had the update and we discussed the comp gain only to know their offer is BELOW my initial "doable" compensation. left salty at the end with whole process such a waste of time.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I would love to connect with you personally on this, if you would be open to a conversation. My email is amy.farrar@glassdoor.com

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Austin, TX) in Jul 2021
Interview
Applied though linkedIn. Got an email from recruiter and scheduled a call. Because of some emergency I was not able to take the call and messaged recruiter to reschedule please. I never heard back from them again, I even reached the recruiter again on linkedIn and though email and even apologized for missed our scheduled call but still no response. This shows the culture glassdoor has it seems. Overall a very bad experience.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, we certainly understand that things come up and we should have done a better job in following up with you. That is certainly not the standard that we hold ourselves to, here at Glassdoor. If you are still interested, please reach out to me directly and I will ensure we chat through available opportunities, I would love to hear from you at amy.farrar@glassdoor.com. - Amy Farrar, Head of Talent Acquisition
