Glassdoor Security Manager interview questions

Phone screening with a recruiter who seemed new or just immature. He didn't explain the process or the position and was obviously unfamiliar with my resume. I tried asking some questions in the absence of substantive information but he couldn't answer any meaningful questions about the job.
