Glassdoor Sales Development Representative interview questions

Initial Phone call, then onsite interview with 3 different employees 2 managers and 1 in the role which I was applying for. Then final 15 min presentation with Q&A at the end. Made offer following day.

I found the interview process with Glassdoor to be fantastic, it was quick, thorough, and to the point. My initial screening call was an easy going conversation about my relevant experience and knowledge on Glassdoor. My onsite interview was great. It was with the sales development manager, and 2 sales development reps. I thought this was a nice touch as it gave me a chance to ask them relevant questions about the role and what it was like to work in Glassdoor as a sales development representative. My last interview consisted of an onsite mock sales pitch scenario which was very straight forward. It consisted of giving a roughly 2 minute explanation on what Glassdoor does, followed by asking qualifying questions whilst following the BANT structure. Overall it was the best interview experience I ever had. I was offered the job the day after my last interview, which I was delighted to accept.
