Glassdoor has a balanced interviewing approach. They have the standard algorithmic coding questions, or moderate difficulty. What I was definitely happy about that there was time devoted to talking about your tech knowledge with direct application to what you would end up working on, in the form of a Language, Library, and Architecture discussion. There was also a behavioral interview. All the interviewers were friendly and respectful.
