Interview
Interview process was smooth and quick! It took about # weeks from start to finish. It included four segments; three interviews with the Recruiter & members of the CS Org, and then a presentation to CS leadership and senior team members

I applied online. I interviewed at Glassdoor in Mar 2021
Interview
Initially applied to a Senior Product Manager role which went really well. So the recruiting team / hiring team suggested I apply to a more senior role, i.e. Lead PM. After a series of rigorous interviews where the recruiter was following up extensively, I got an auto response turning me down for the role. Also, the second hiring committee had a skeptical attitude right from the start during my interview process. Basically goes to show how two very different cultures can exist in an organization.

Interview
The interview process was very thorough and transparent. I really appreciate that we had panel interviews as well as a presentation portion of the process. I was also appreciated how quick the process was and that the recruiter and HR staff kept in contact with me.

Question 1
There were some great interview questions asked during the process. I believe one was to share about a time when things didn't go so well.
