I was referred by my sales rep at Glassdoor who had sent me an email about the position and thought I'd be a good fit. I did several phone interviews with the leadership team, a round of in-person interviews, and even a phone interview with a board member. While, it was a lot of interviews I thought it was the appropriate amount for a role leading an organization at the company and I enjoyed talking to and meeting the entire executive team who I would be working closely with. The week before I started I got a personal hand written note from the team letting me know how excited they were to get to know me better and to have me join the Glassdoor family. All in all it was a great hiring and interview process.
