Glassdoor interview questions

I had a great interview experience with the hiring team. From the beginning, the recruiter detailed how each of the interview stages is going to go and what the hiring team is looking for in a candidate. They also went above and beyond to expedite the entire process for me when I updated them I was in the references stage for another company. Despite the time constraints, the recruiter and recruiting coordinator ensured that all my interviews were scheduled promptly and they kept me updated at every step of the way. Everyone on the hiring team that I spoke with was all easy going and the interviews felt more like a conversation with them.

Everyone was extremely professional which is to be expected but the level of transparency from everyone was unlike any other interview process I’ve been a part of. Interviewers were present and thoughtful with their questions while being sure to leave time for me to do the same. The recruiting staff was engaged throughout and happy to assist in any way they could. Truly an interview process to be modeled.
