I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Mill Valley, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Applied online, received screening call from recruiter, followed by a call with hiring manager. I thought the call went well but I was completely ghosted by both the hiring manager and recruiter even after attempted follow ups. Had to see for myself that the position was removed from the site at a later date... I assume the position was filled.
Echoing what other reviewers have said; I'm disappointed that I wasn't communicated with properly, especially from Glassdoor; a company that is supposed to hold transparency and valuable feedback as core values.
Thank you so much for letting us know what happened in your process. I have checked in with the AM recruiter because we take candidate communication very seriously. This recruiter has the longest tenure on our team and prides herself on candidate follow up. Given we open these roles regularly, I would ask that you check back in once more with her, and feel free to copy me at julie.coucoules@glassdoor.com. We would love to consider you for a future role.

Interview
I had an amazing interview experience with Glassdoor! First, I was contacted by James and he informed me of what they were looking for. I told him a bit about myself, and we both agreed to move forward in the process. Then, I took a personality test and scheduled an in person interview. I interviewed with three different employees, all with different titles. After that I presented a PowerPoint presentation on who I was and why Glassdoor was the company for me!
James Parker was there for me the entire time. Any questions I had, he would answer within minutes. I could not be more impressed.
The process itself is all about who you are and why you belong at Glassdoor. I think this is the most efficient interview style because Glassdoor is a transparent company, looking for transparent employees.
Apply if you're interested, I promise you will not regret it!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Mill Valley, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
3 stages - Initial phone screen / case interview; take-home excel / ppt homework assignment; in-person panel of fit / case interview questions. Met 6 or 7 different people throughout the process, and got a good feel for the culture of the org and the team.

Question 1
Multiple variations of 'Why Glassdoor' and 'Why this role'? Pretty typical, but important to have given some meaningful thought ahead of time.
