I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Oakland, CA)
Interview
The recruiter I worked with was amazing - she was super responsive and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away.
I had a quick phone screen with the HM (introduced by an old colleague). Then after another round of phone calls with the recruiter and HM, I did a case study and a VC presentation.
Last rounds an on-site and then VC with CMO. It was long but straightforward, everyone was welcoming and the office in Mill Valley is beautiful. Culture seems really great, supportive and overall genuinely kind.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process at Glassdoor was great. It started with a phone interview, sales pitch with 2 managers, and then the final stage was to interview with 4 managers. Extensive but overall a great way to help them find the best person for the position. The HR managers were very helpful along the process and that goes to show how much they care. Everyone I spoke to or interacted with during the interview process was helpful, honest, and transparent.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Dublín, Dublín) in Mar 2019
Interview
From start to finish the interview process was exceptional! Firstly I was speaking with the in house recruiter in the Dublin office. She was really helpful and informative. Her communication with me during the process was excellent. Then I moved onto a phone interview with a senior Manager in the business. I really enjoyed this call, he really made me feel at ease and at the end of the call he explained the role and plans for the business in detail so I completely understood what would be required of successful candidate. I then moved forward to a face to face interview. I had two 30min interviews with two different Managers. I really enjoyed both interviews, it was more like a discussion then the usual generic questions. Both made me feel really at ease and involved. I have to say I enjoyed the interviews and came out with a smile on my face. I then moved forward to the last stage interview. 1hr with four managers. I realise that some people can feel intimidated by an interview with four Managers in the room but I have to say I couldn't believe it when the hour was up! It felt like I was there for 20mins, I really enjoyed the conversation and questions. Each person answered all the questions I asked, everyone joined in with the conversation and everyone of them made me feel welcome and comfortable. This is an amazing company with amazing people working to make it that way. They really care about what they do and the people they work with.
