I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Mills (Mumbai) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interview consisted of 3 rounds : Aptitude,Technical & HR. Aptitude was average as i didn't prepare for aptitude test. Technical was also average as they wanted to know how we approach to a particular question if we didn't knew the answer. HR was also of average difficulty. In all it was an average interview. But i didn't get selected. I would really have loved to work in this company.
