General Mills interview questions

The interview was two rounds, first using an online interviewing software where you film yourself answering questions. The second was a zoom interview with two managers. It wasn’t too hard but questions were all situational.

Applied online. Had a phone screen first. Then did two virtual meetings with department directors. Also, asked to complete two online assessments. The process was pretty fast. I was informed about the status of my application frequently. Each interview was around 30 min
