General Mills interview questions

The process had 2 steps. The first was an interview with HR and then an interview with the Manager of the department. The first interview lasted almost 15 minutes. She aksed me almost nothing, except the classic one question: "Tell me about yourself" and then she arranged the second interview. The second interview was more interesting. Questions like: "Tell me about your goals", " Why are you interested in this position".

It was straight forward, started with culture interview by HR and proceeded by technical questions. I joined through internship program and was offered full time offer after successful internship experience over summer.
