General Mills interview questions

It was good. First was a Telephonic round explaining about the role, stipend, and all, second was an assessment round with common aptitude questions of average - above average level difficulty, Interview (R1 - 30 mins) was with Excel, projects and case study, also questions like what does company do and all.

The company interview process is pathetic. This is the 3rd time i am applying for a TA role. They take interviews and then dont share feedbacks. Plus if you follow up then they simply say its rejected without even sharing any reason
