Interview
2 Phone Interviews with Manager and Director. Flew into Minneapolis Headquarters for cognitive and analytical Testing and interview pannel with multiple people in various functions. Received notification 4 days later that they were going to extend an offer.

Didn't seem to want to get to know me, very clinical and straight into competency questions. Felt a bit more like an interrogation and didn't make me feel like it was the sort of place I'd like to work.
