General Mills interview questions

Had an initial first-round interview. I was contacted within two weeks and asked to pick an interview day. I was then asked to complete 3 personality assessments and a deductive reasoning test. (I.e, choose the dates when these employees are available for a meeting.) The interview day had a two-hour block of time. 3 interviews were had, 1 technical and two behavioral.

It was a great interview process from start to finish. The recruiter was extremely helpful in answering my questions and prepping for interview with hiring manager and team. Overall, the process was organized and efficient.
