The process took 1 week. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2009
Interview
The interview process was quite quick and traditional. I was contacted directly to set up an interview which was then conducted in person 3 days later. I was contacted a second time for another interview with a second manager a few days after the first interview. The were standard 30 minutes a peice. I was extended an offer before the end of the following week.

GM was very professional and friendly. They made the interviewing process pleasant. I was able to show my analytical skills in addition to personality throughout the process. The company has a focus on diversity, ethics, and quality products.
