General Mills interview questions

I applied online through my university's recruiting database. The first interaction was an information session, and then the day following I had a 1 on 1 interview. The second interview was with a different recruiter, but included the same basic behavioral questions, and was followed by an ethics test and a critical thinking test. The final round of interviews was with many people on site in Philly.
