General Mills interview questions

Interview took place in the career design center of my school. For the intern position, no technical questions. Rather they asked a lot about teamwork, and the best way to solve problems.

Very tedious and non-transparent process. HR does not seem to have an idea on how many rounds of interview there will be and each time they will inform you it’s the final round and call you a few days later for another interview. Offer was made and rescinded because of ‘new policy’ of panel test. Emotionally taxing.
