General Mills interview questions

I applied to the position through campus recruitment and got an interview a few days later. There are two interviewers and the questions are mostly behavioral. The Interview starts with walking through my resume and then goes on to other situational questions that can be answered using my past experience. The only question that threw me off is "what is the current trend in the food industry." I did not pass the first round and do not know the exact reason

Internal interview, but just as rigorous as an external review. Classic interview questions. Most interviewers at GMI will give you a nice smile and listen very politely. Note that "Minnesota Nice" prevents them from giving you negative feedback during the interview, so don't expect any favors or guidance. You must be responsible for what you say. No givebacks or mulligans.
