General Mills interview questions

One interview on campus after career fair. Two people showed up for the interview, taking turns asking questions. Mostly behavioral questions and towards the end a few technical questions geared towards my basic understanding of certain programs. Overall good experience, should have prepared more for the interview since there were a few unexpected questions.

- Received email - Set up Phone Screen - Filled out technical questionnaire - On-site interviews (half day) most 1:1, one panel - Personality Test - IQ Test - Call with Offer (next morning) contingent on drug & background check - Drug test within a few days - Start 2 weeks later
