I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Was then invited to their HQ in Minneapolis for a superday. Had a total of 4 interviews. Three were behavioral and one was a role sales play. Behavioral were the basic questions of them trying to get to know you and your interests in the company. They role sales play is similar to a case where you are meant to close a sale. You have approximately 45 minutes to prepare. Throughtout the process, I got to meet current BMAs who provided a lot of insight.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2015
Interview
I went through two phone interviews with sales reps and they were helpful and nice. HR kept me informed of my status throughout the process and then I got a call for an onsite visit which was completely paid for! I arrived on site and met with the director of sales, a recruiter and a gentleman who did a sales role play with me. Everyone was very welcoming and polite. I did not feel nervous at any point, they were calming and reassuring. After, they said it would take about two weeks to hear back about the position. They do not offer it to you that day. They take their time and they send paperwork for you to look over because they care.
