I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2015
Interview
Applied online through the career site. Received an email and call the next day requesting a phone interview with the hiring manager. Completed the phone interview the following week and was invited back for a half day of on site interviews. SBO/STAR based questions with 5 team members followed by lunch with a team member. Received an offer the following week. HR was quick and very transparent around timeline through the entire process. Well organized compared to other interview processes.

Interview
The interview process was excellent! Originally applied online and heard back within the week to have a phone interview. Heard less than a week later that I was invited for on site interviews. At the on site interviews I completed four 45 minute interviews with various logistics/supply chain personnel. Interview questions consists of the STAR method. All interviewers were very welcoming and friendly people.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Mills (Methuen, MA) in Jul 2012
Interview
Brief, a family member already worked for the company, so it was an easy process for me. The interview included regular questions about personality fit, availability, career outlook, a drug screening, and then an orientation on safety guidelines.
