I first had a phone interview which lasted about 20 minutes, and was then invited for a face to face. The face to face interview lasted about an hour. There was just the interviewer and myself. I was then emailed an offer letter.

It was a day long interview, which included lunch with several members of the team. It took about a month from the date of my interview to get hired. The background screening company they use was not able to confirm that I graduated college. That may have slowed down hiring process.
