General Mills interview questions

There are multiple interviews with HR and Marketing Managers. The questions are mostly behavior questions. But there is also a case. People should ensure that they have done their research on the company, role, and industry before interviewing

I was contacted by HR to schedule a 30-min phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very aggressive in asking questions and I felt a little uncomfortable. At the end of the interview, she told me that she was looking for someone with 5-7 years experience. The funny thing is the job description states totally different expectation "looking for 2-5 years experience". Overall, I don't feel good about the interview and how aggressive the manager is.
