Interview

After completing the online application, I was contacted via email by the HR Department for a phone interview with a Region Manager. After speaking with him we decided to move on to a second phone interview with a Zone Manager. After both phone interviews I was invited to sit and interview face to face with both the Zone and Region manager at an agreed upon location.

After speaking with the company at a career fair I scheduled an interview for the next day. I thought it went well and was led to believe I would be getting another interview, but received an email the next week stating I didn't make it through. It was nice that they at least let their candidates know if they don't get the position.

On campus interview and invited later that day by email for second interview. The first and second interview are both behavioral/situational questions. Third interview you are brought to one of their offices. Dinner, small tour of office, and three thirty minute interviews. Mostly situational and behavioral questions. Know about their portfolio.
