I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Mumbai) in Nov 2017
Interview
There was one telephonic round where technical questions were asked. This was for the initial filtering of candidates. Then I was called for a face-to-face round where again I was evaluated for my technical skills & was given a case-study to solve. Finally after clearing technical rounds, I had a telephonic HR round.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Mills (Albuquerque, NM) in Jun 2018
Interview
Standard, nice flow, no illegal questions, very clear, concise questions with a hiring hourly rate close to my requirements. Telephone cut off 3 times during the process. Questioner had a hard to comprehend accent at times but he was patient and tried hard to relay the info to me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2018
Interview
Applied online, received an email for an initial phone interview a week later and a week after that an invitation for the in-person. Before the in-person interview, I was asked to fill out two behaviour- based and one decision-making test(took about 1.5 hours). On the phone, it was a mix of behavioural and technical questions (i.e. how do you validate a model, what would you do in x scenario). In person, you were given the same style of questions. The technical involved a 'code-review' case study, less than 20 minutes to understand the problem and give recommendations). Doable, but felt rushed.
Met with a total of 7 people in a span of 4 hours.
