General Mills interview questions

Mostly behavioral questions. Was overall pretty quick interview with questions about past experiences and if I'd be willing to move to Minneapolis for this position. Definitely know why you want this specific position and do background research on the industry and company.

The interview starts with a breakfast buffet. Then, there will be three round interviews that consist of HR, Leadership, and Technical skills. Later, you will have lunch with three full-time employees. Finally, you will finish with HR while you will receive a bag of cereal.
