I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at General Mills
Interview
Behavioral phone interview, very generic. Was not invited to continue further in the process. The questions asked, in my opinion, were to get numbers down as opposed to further understand the skills of the candidate.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Wellston, OH) in Nov 2018
Interview
I initially met the General Mills team at my college's local career fair. By the next day (Friday) I had a phone interview. That following Monday was a second interview with one of the managers from the local plant nearby. About 1-2 weeks later I was flown out to the Wellston, OH plant for the 3rd and final on-site interview.

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied via campus recruiting. First round phone interview with an alum from my university, then an on-site Super Day with 3 interviews, lunch with an associate, and a dinner the night before with a young alum from my university. Great culture and everyone was open to answering any questions.
