I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
They asked three basic behavioral based interview questions that were related to past job experience and school experiences. They also asked two questions that were directly related to sourcing at General Mills. These questions were much tougher, especially if you don't know much about sourcing.

Question 1
