I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at General Mills (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Met the recruiter at a campus career fair, applied through Handshake, and was offered an interview a few days later. They asked many behavioral questions, but also some technical questions. You could tell they were looking for interns who were not afraid to reach out and ask their co-workers for help. The technical questions were simple- they just want to see you use logic and reasoning to answer their questions

Interview
Got interview for an R&D position at Arras, France. The interview was highly technical. They may initially appear interested when contacting you by email, but if they’re not, it will be evident from their expressions during the interview, so don’t expect a response after you complete it. There is a clear lack of transparency.
