1st Round: Phone interview with Financial Analyst. Basic Behavioral Questions, 1 Hypothetical Finance Question
2nd Round: Skype Interview with Finance Manager. Basic Behavioral Questions, 1 Hypothetical Finance Question
3rd Round: Flown in for In-Person Interview. Dinner the night before with a Senior Financial Analyst & a Financial Analyst. Morning Of: Breakfast with finance members, 3 Round of Interviews: Basic Behavioral & a couple Hypothetical Finance Questions; then lunch with finance members, and a tour. Assessments to complete before the interview.
Advice: Brush up on your behavioral questions. Basic Finance Questions. Everyone was very relaxed and friendly.

Have a good understanding of COGS, input costs, Valuations (Discounted CF, NPV, IRR, WACC), and non-financial factors when deciding to close down factories, taking on new projects, etc.

Interview
The role was applied for through campus recruitment sites. There was one interview that was done on campus (2 interviews; back to back) with senior members of their finance teams. Within a week, successful candidates were notified about the second round/ super day interviews done on-site in the local office. The super day consisted of 4 interviews, 2 assessments and a lunch with a current financial analyst.

Interview
The first interview occurred the day after I spoke to General Mills recruiters at a career fair. The interview was roughly 30 minutes consisting of both technical and behavioral questions. Within a week I heard back and was invited for a second interview. Again, 30 minutes and a mix of technical and behavioral.
