I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills
Interview
I got an interview through a friend of a friend that worked at the company. The initial interview was pretty short. The questions were heavily scenario-focused by weighted toward business-type situations, as opposed to work style, company fit, etc. I got a second interview the next day with a different person and took a Wonderlic and 4 other online assessments, but then didn't hear anything for almost two weeks, which was strange because up to that point their communication was really prompt.

Question 1
What three qualities set you apart from all of the other candidates we are interviewing?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Mills in Oct 2012
Interview
Contacted through University Recruiter at my college's career fair. First round of interview was all behavioral based. Although I thought I did very well in the first round, I unfortunately didn't make it to the second round, which was to occur a few days after. Overall, the interviewer was very aloof, constantly staring at her computer screen and typing while I was answering.
