I got recruited from school. Had one initial interview on campus and then got called back for the final rounds which consisted of a meet and greet and then a full day which included some standardized testing, lunch with an employee and four rounds of interviews with directors.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at General Mills (Boston, MA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Applied to a full-time, post-graduate position through my MBA recruiting office. First-round interview consisted of a 30-minute chat with the CMO, who was awesome, but didn't think the same of me, apparently! Really enjoyed the process, and would definitely consider applying to the company again. If I did apply again, I'd focus mostly on marketing cases for prep; there wasn't any need to prep FIT or behavioral for the first round.
