I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Atomics (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2018
Interview
This company's interview process was very electronically savvy. It was extremely well structured. There was a technology check to make sure that the interview would go smoothly. The interview itself was 1 hour long with two people. Both were asking questions. Very interactive.

Interview
Some calls with human resources before an easy and typical behavioral video call with multiple managers from the department. Typical behavioral interview questions. After accepting the offer a drug test included that had to be completed in 3 days.

Interview
About two weeks after I applied, I was contacted by a GA recruiter for an initial phone screen/interview. She was very friendly and the call had a conversational tone. I was asked questions regarding my education/experience, and was then given a very detailed description of the internship program. At the conclusion of the call, I was told I was being moved on to the manager interview phase of the process. We scheduled this quickly for the next day.
The Business Process Analyst asked questions regarding my experiences not reviewed in the initial screen, discussed my interest in the position, and asked how I would execute performance reports in simple/expedient way. This interview was also very enjoyable and had a conversational tone. They are just trying to get a sense of your experience and abilities in order to gauge if you will be a good fit for the internship.
About a week after my second interview, I received a call from my recruiter offering me the position. I accepted and am currently being put through a background check before I will be officially hired.
