Met hiring manager at the event Gap for Community Colleges where I then inquired about the job, submitted my resume to the manager via email and well as filled out an app...........then has the interview a couple days later.

Application online. Provide resume and take a short simple retail quiz. Customer Experience manager will contact you if you pass the screening and you have a promising resume showing you will be available during busy times. ( weekends, early morning, evenings) One or two interviews with immediate supervisor and store manager. Dress as like you love style. Trendy style. Layers, Scarf, Cardigan... Entire process is about 2-3 weeks

I suppose the most difficult question might be where you see yourself going within the Gap. I was prepared and answered well, but someone might be thrown off if they're using this job as a means just to get money and nothing else.
