Application online. Provide resume and take a short simple retail quiz. Customer Experience manager will contact you if you pass the screening and you have a promising resume showing you will be available during busy times. ( weekends, early morning, evenings) One or two interviews with immediate supervisor and store manager. Dress as like you love style. Trendy style. Layers, Scarf, Cardigan... Entire process is about 2-3 weeks

Very straightforward process and great recruiter. Decent timelines as far as follow ups went! Good quexstions and genuine interest in you as a person and your backround! The recruiter did a great job at explaining the overall process on our inital call and my first interview was scheduled within two days!

Quick and easy. Show previous experience with your portfolio. Interview with the assistant store manager and the store manager. At my Interview there was a visual manager from a near by store.
