Interview
They asked customer service questions and interpersonal skill questions. they asked a lot of questions about what you'd do in different situations where it would either require to help other employees or report employees to management. Overall it was an easy interview just a quiz on basic competence. Nothing to lose sleep over.

It is a quick interview in a very friendly environment. Gap has a set of questions that goes from your personal style to give an example of good customer service experience. You should say how much you love denim and for customer service talk about add-on sales.

They asked me to come up with an outfit for work time that I could also use in a night out after work.
They can also ask you to walk around the shop while other employees will pay attention at how you behave and your customer service skills.

They called. They called to cancel. I got called in 2 months later. Interviewed on floor for 8 minutes. Mostly asked about my sense of style and how I got it. Asked if I could help sell a credit card. No problem, but it turns out that's all they really care about.
