Gap Inc. Sales Associate interview questions

A 3 hour group interview that included situational questions about how to deal with different customers and situations. We also had to pick out outfits and act like we already worked there.

The interview process was very easy. We sat outside the store, she asked me to describe myself as a person, and an employee. She then described herself, she went on about her work history, and what GAP means to her. I was hired on the spot, and within the next week, I had been asked to come in for the orientation. The interview was the easiest I've ever been too and the fastest hiring process as well. The orientation itself is 4 hours long, watching videos about GAP. They do ask you questions on the video. They give you a pen and paper, so I highly recommend taking notes on certain things that stand out or sound cool to you. They will ask for things that stood out from the videos, and things like that, So this is just some advice to look good already on orientation day.
